I stumbled on the Ultimatum Framework after being tasked to design a comprehensive website that was responsive and easy to update. As a graphic designer turned web designer, creating custom solutions for clients is a must. My favorite aspect of Ultimatum is that I’m able to convert my PSD web designs into a layout that renders perfectly on desktop, tablet & mobile. Having the flexibility to control fonts, colors & layouts make it my go-to theme.

As a WordPress web developer, I appreciate the flexibility, simplicity, and power Ultimatum offers. Ultimatum is the framework of choice for me at the moment, as I’m able to easily recreate the design provided by the designer. The various premium plugins included with Ultimatum are a great value (as they can be used in unlimited sites), and ideal for making impressive sites. Plugins like Visual Composer are also great for making the site easy and flexible for the client to use. The various actions and classes included are great for us developers as well, making it possible to customise it to the fullest extent. It’s visual and intuitive, powerful, flexible, and undergoing constant improvement (updates have been steady, and support has been quick to respond to any needs and ideas I’ve had); it’s quite possibly the best framework available for WordPress right now. Highly recommended.

I never understood what all the hoopla over WordPress was about as it struck me as cumbersome and not very versatile design-wise. Then I found Ultimatum and am able to very happily replicate my Photoshop web page comps. The CSS is totally customizable and content can be easily dropped in and moved around. Plus, the user forum offers skillful advice in a superbly timely fashion. Wow, you’re really helping my business as a web designer for clients who need to be able to manage their content themselves. Thank you!

The BEST thing about Ultimatum is that even I can design my own site from scratch and not be dependent on using someone else’s theme. I love that concept and I love the fact that it’s a reasonably intuitive process using Ultimatum.
